Memorial Day Blog Hop--FREEBIES included!

I have teamed up with some WONDERFUL teachers to bring you some great products and tips!  

I just finished my newest WILD! card edition, so I thought I would share it with you guys this weekend!  This version is for homophones and includes CUTE graphics from Educlips.  

This version includes 28 different homophones (14 PEARS PAIRS).  The words are included as well.  So, for example, for the words blue and blew, you will have a card with the word BLUE, a card with the word BLEW, a card with a picture of a BLUE crayon, and a card with a picture of a cloud that BLEW the wind.  

And, of course, there are the SPECIAL cards!  For each color, there is a SKIP, a REVERSE, and a DRAW TWO card.  There are also 4 WILD cards included.

 A set of directions and how to keep score (if you want) is also included, as well as a quick reference guide for what all of the SPECIAL cards mean.

I love these WILD card games because they are fun AND educational!  I also love that they can be easily differentiated!  For example, if some of your kids are not ready for the different spellings yet, you could take all of the word cards out and just have them match pictures instead.  For your higher level kiddos, maybe they ONLY need the word cards.  Or, you could use some of the blank cards that are included to have some of your kids create new cards that could be added to the deck.
